* Neuro was born from the desire of the owner to produce a wine using ancient winemaking techniques. Neuro was obtained by extending the ripening of the grapes in the vine aiming at getting a partial drying. Once this process is completed this grapes are fermented with wines already fermented. Neuro is aged for one year in French oak barrels and then 6 months in the bottles, Neuro is a wine of remarkable structure and elegance, soft and extremely pleasant
