An absolutely innovative technology adopted by Villa La Ripa that has renewed its wine bottles by launching a chatbot that tells the wine, collects automatic contacts and resets the distance between the winery and the final customer.

NFC Technology


The idea leverages NFC (Near Field Communication) technology derived from contactless payment systems where a virtual assistant is previously educated to answer the recurring questions posed by customers.

The bottles of Villa La Ripa, therefore, provide a Qr Code and an NFC sticker that are activated via smartphone and where the virtual assistant converses directly in the mobile chat of the person concerned without the need to download additional applications.

The Wine Route “Terre di Arezzo”


The Wine Route is characterised by naturalistic, cultural and historical attractions, as well as by vineyards and cellars of single or associated farms that are open to the public and promoted and governed by the regulations of Tuscany Region.

The Wine Route “Terre di Arezzo” is a way to strengthen the culture of the quality of welcome and hospitality. It is a non-profit association established in May 2000 with the aim of promoting and creating initiatives to give value to the wine of “Terre di Arezzo”. It enhances the oenological, gastronomic, historical and environmental peculiarities that distinguish the Wine Route “Terre di Arezzo”; it informs and assists its members; it directly and indirectly carries out informative and training activities aimed at giving value to the oenological, gastronomic, historical and environmental peculiarities that distinguish the Wine Route.

The Wine Route “Terre di Arezzo” organises and coordinates the individuals’ advertising work and specifies standardised quality criteria common to all members.
